1. Booking & Payment

All tour bookings require an initial deposit of 25% to confirm reservations. The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to the departure date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit card.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus 10% processing fee. Cancellations 15-29 days before departure receive 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of departure.

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance covering high-altitude sickness, trip cancellation, and medical emergencies — especially for trips to Spiti Valley, Lahul, and Kaza.

4. Weather & Route Changes

Himanitourtravel reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road closures, landslides, or safety concerns. Alternative arrangements will be made without additional cost wherever possible.

5. Traveler Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, required permits (assisted by us), personal medication, and appropriate high-altitude gear. Consult a doctor before booking high-altitude tours.

6. Liability

Himanitourtravel acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transporters, guides). We are not liable for losses caused by third-party failures, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
